HONDA Auto Tensioner Pulley. A common problem on the Civic EP3, these pulleys start to make grinding noises as the bearings wear. As with all Honda products expect perfect fitment and performance every time Will fit K20A2 engines. Part number 31180-PNA-J01.
If you have a whirring noise or grinding noise that increases with RPM it is most likely going to be either this Tensioner or the idler pulley also listed in this section.
